Project | Senior home Golden Age, Ohrid

The project is oriented to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where residents can receive the care and assistance they need to maintain their quality of life. The home will have a variety of amenities and services, including meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and recreational activities. It will also have a staff of trained professionals, who will be available 24/7 to provide medical and personal care.

Project | Social hotel INCA, Palma de Mallorca

This project involves the creation of a unique social hotel in Palma de Mallorca that provides both living spaces and employment opportunities for socially vulnerable people. The hotel will be located in a central location and feature a restaurant on the ground floor, where residents will have the opportunity to work and gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

The second floor of the building will be reserved for living quarters, providing comfortable, affordable housing for the residents. The first floor will be devoted to classrooms, where residents can receive education and training to help them build skills and improve their prospects for the future.

Project | Residental and administration building in Gazi Baba, Skopje

This project involves the design of a mixed-use building in Gazi Baba, Skopje, featuring two underground levels, a common ground floor, and two separate verticals that are both eight levels high but have different heights.

The residential portion of the building will provide comfortable, modern living spaces for residents, with amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor terraces, and more. The administrative portion of the building will be tailored to the needs of the businesses or organizations occupying it, with flexible, open-plan workspaces and modern communication and networking infrastructure.

The building will be designed with accessibility, sustainability, and safety in mind, with features such as ramps, elevators, and non-slip flooring to ensure that it is accessible to all. The use of natural light and energy-efficient systems will help reduce the building's environmental impact, while state-of-the-art security measures will ensure the safety of all occupants.

The hospital campus design project includes three main buildings:

The main building of the hospital campus is a multi-level structure featuring an underground level, a ground floor, and eight upper floors, as well as a helipad on the roof. With a total area of 45,000 square meters, this building will house a range of clinical facilities, including patient rooms, operating rooms, diagnostic equipment, and more.

The laboratory building is a four-story structure with an underground level and a ground floor. This building will provide space for research and testing, with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

The surgery building is being linked and reconstructed as part of this project, with a focus on creating a modern, efficient environment for surgical procedures. This building will be equipped with the latest medical technology and features to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and staff.
